Adriana Kajon
TICA Allbreed Judge
In 1988 Adriana became an Allbreed Judge for FIFe. In 1991 Adriana joined TICA, and entered the Judging
program in 1992. Adriana became the Association's youngest Approved Allbreed Judge. She is a TICA-licensed Genetics Instructor, Judging School Instructor, and Ring Training Instructor, plus a member of TICA's Genetics Committee. Adriana is a member of the Enchanted Cat Club in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where she has Co-Chaired the CEU Fiesta (a weekend of Continuing Education Units for TICA Judges, Trainees and Exhibitors) for six years, in addition to developing and presenting advanced-level seminars for it each year.
Adriana is a Co-Founder of ICAT, the International Cat Agility Tournaments, which has brought a beautiful performance sport to the cat show world, while at the same time emphasizing the development of a close owner-cat relationship.
Adriana has an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry, and two Ph.D.s in Virology. She is currently doing research in viral pathogenesis at Lovelace Respiratory Research Institute in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
